Worst bathroom basin supplier

Ordered a new basin on special 3 months ago, it was delivered shortly after. 2 days later I hear a funny noise like an insect crawling in the drain but could not find anything, next day I see many hairline cracks developing and eventually splintering and making the right side completely useless due to water leakage in the bowl. Called and advised Mohamed but no action from their side to reply incl now. Called about 14 times s9 far,emailed. Was promised a replacement delivery in progress last week but never arrived. Called again but only receive empty updates. Do not buy anything here the after sales service does not exist!
