Worst customer service and ****mers
Terrible customer service. Its been more than 7 days and failing to process my withdrawal. I keep getting same message from support without no real explanation "I have checked the status of your requests, and they are currently being processed. We are waiting for updates from the payment provider. Your application number is PMNT-4520370. The processing time usually takes 1 to 7 days, though it is often completed sooner. You can always check the status of your request in our bot: @request_info_1w_bot 🤖The bot will find your request in just a few seconds, and you can always use it to check the status of your payment request."

Jumped into one of those weekend slot tournaments for the first time.
Didn't change my stakes or anything, just played my usual session on some NetEnt games. Completely forgot about it until I logged in today and saw I'd won £150 in cash for finishing in the top 100. A nice surprise for doing nothing different.

One small feature I actually like is the way the platform shows match information directly on the event page. Before a bet I sometimes check recent form, head-to-head stats, and line movement. It saves time because you don’t have to open multiple tabs just to get a quick overview of the game

Did a small experiment with a low bankroll, trying to grow it slowly instead of gambling big. Played only high RTP slots and set a hard stop. After a long flat session, hit a bonus that paid around x20. Not a huge win, but solid for the balance size. Sent most of it to withdrawal right away. Processing took under an hour.

Im more into sports, I charged 7k for a couple of matches. One single did not enter, the second with odds of 2.9 pulled out. Then an express for 4 events and bang plus 39k. At such moments you feel like the strategist of the year. I withdrew 25k, the money arrived quickly. I left some of it and of course went on to install it.
