24 hour garage door is the most dishonest and unreliable

The worst experience of my life hands down. I contacted 24 hour garage door repair ( Leslie) for a new garage door installation. After he sent his people to do an initial assessment, Leslie said he could do the job. After a few times of promising to start the work, today became tomorrow. I paid a R4000 deposit and from there that's when it got worst. He doesn't take my calls, and when he does After a few days he says tomorrow. I found someone else to do the job and I have requested my money back but no luck. I gues i will have to resort to other means to gwt my money back. Leslie is the most unreliable and the most dishonest person I have ever dealt with.
