Service
After making an appointment, I waited nearly 4 hours for the plumbers to arrive. No-one from the company contacted me to let me know that they are running late and how long it would be; I have to keep contacting them to find out where they were and when they would arrive.

<p>What a shocking experience. They did work at my home while I was at work. I agreed to pay the following morning at 9am after inspecting the job they did. The manager Eddie sweared at me and said that there is lots of businesses in the area and that I must pay immediately you fu..... po..</p> <p>Enough said. </p>

Premium price for sub-standard service.
<p>If you want to pay a premium price for sub-standard service, this is the plumber for you. Yesterday afternoon I searched for plumbers in my area requesting prices from all of them, the average going rate was R350 which includes callout and the first hour of service followed by another R350 per hour from thereon. This supplier (24/7 Plumbers Pretoria aka A24/7 Fix) said they would charge R50 callout and invoice from there. To my surprise this had gone up to R250 in the hour and a half I waited for them to arrive. From there they instantly charged me another R750 for every half hour of work, which means I effectively paid R1000 to have one wax seal ring replaced (a very small job). To add insult to injury, they made no attemp to clean up after themselves, upon completion of their work I was left a lot of cleaning to do as the service provider had left wax everywhere they thouched, from the floor, to the walls to pretty much everywhere else. I sorely regret going with this service provider, I would recommend to anybody considering them to stay well away.</p> <p>You can find their website at http://www.247plumberpretoria.co.za.</p> <p> </p>
