Unsolicited Marketing
This company regularly sends marketing SMS to me, but I have never visited their site or given them permission to solicit me, cannot trust a company that obtains your information via unknown means.

Pretend Support
Don't expect your support queries to be resolved here, someone from support will listen to your problem, maybe even give you a solution, but if they tell you they will fix something for you, they're essentially just saying goodbye and have no intention to ever think about you again after hanging up the phone, or should I say WhatsApp chat, cause that's as good as it gets. You should also get used to manually downloading your invoice from their portal each month because getting it emailed to you monthly seems beyond this lack luster company. Looking for an alternative now, even if I pay more each month.

Horrible Quality
Buyer beware!! 1 Star Furniture (pun intended) offers the worst quality furniture you will ever encounter. I bought a couch from them in January 2023, by September 2023 I deeply regret my purchase, yes, just long enough for them to reject any request to return. Had I known within 8 months the cushions on my couch would be falling flat, creating a deep, uncomfortable hole to sit in, 50% of the stitching coming loose, it staining at the slightest spill, I would have saved up a little and bought a couch from a reputable company with decent policies. Save yourself the disappointment, and never buy here.

Premium price for sub-standard service.
<p>If you want to pay a premium price for sub-standard service, this is the plumber for you. Yesterday afternoon I searched for plumbers in my area requesting prices from all of them, the average going rate was R350 which includes callout and the first hour of service followed by another R350 per hour from thereon. This supplier (24/7 Plumbers Pretoria aka A24/7 Fix) said they would charge R50 callout and invoice from there. To my surprise this had gone up to R250 in the hour and a half I waited for them to arrive. From there they instantly charged me another R750 for every half hour of work, which means I effectively paid R1000 to have one wax seal ring replaced (a very small job). To add insult to injury, they made no attemp to clean up after themselves, upon completion of their work I was left a lot of cleaning to do as the service provider had left wax everywhere they thouched, from the floor, to the walls to pretty much everywhere else.
