Disappointing service and false information

I am so disappointed in this store. I was advised to pay the R700 for taking a parcel and collection. Then been called 2 months later to advise no that was incorrect. And to pay another R700.

Complete false information from the manager.

When I got upset about been informed incorrectly was told to go with another shop.

After they already got my money and give incorrect information about the process.

No one advised the additional cost .

The only reason I went with this company was due to the manager advising they take care of everything for the R700. I was going to go with another company which was only R364 instead believed the promise been sold.

Beware very underhanded
