Turn around time for email queries, is way to long 2 days only a automated responds. Improve you SLA time and customer service, by reducing customer effort. Might as well change your email channel back to post office/ mail room. At this rate.
Reeva Cupido from the builders call centre, was amazing. She followed through all the way. Displaying all aspects of customer service and professionalism. I am so disappointed in this store. I was advised to pay the R700 for taking a parcel and collection. Then been called 2 months later to advise no that was incorrect. And to pay another R700. Complete false information from the manager. When I got upset about been informed incorrectly was told to go with another shop. After they already got my money and give incorrect information about the process. No one advised the additional cost . The only reason I went with this company was due to the manager advising they take care of everything for the R700. I was going to go with another company which was only R364 instead believed the promise been sold. Beware very underhanded

I no longer have a active show max account for almost 2 months and today I see they have draw money from me again . This happened in January as well.
