Rude lack of basic courtesy poor customer support disrespectful

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this print shop. Due to a lack of communication on the elderly lady part, there was a misunderstanding regarding the document I had emailed. Instead of seeking clarity or resolving the issue professionally, the lady on duty responded with unnecessary hostility. Ryder yelled at me. She printed multiple incorrect copies without confirming the content, and when the error was pointed out, she reacted rudely, told me to leave her premises, and even threw my documents in the trash.

This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. It reflects a concerning lack of customer service, work ethic, and basic courtesy. I do not recommend this business based on the ********* and unacceptable conduct I experienced.
