Rude lack of basic courtesy poor customer support disrespectful
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this print shop. Due to a lack of communication on the elderly lady part, there was a misunderstanding regarding the document I had emailed. Instead of seeking clarity or resolving the issue professionally, the lady on duty responded with unnecessary hostility. Ryder yelled at me. She printed multiple incorrect copies without confirming the content, and when the error was pointed out, she reacted rudely, told me to leave her premises, and even threw my documents in the trash. This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. It reflects a concerning lack of customer service, work ethic, and basic courtesy. I do not recommend this business based on the ********* and unacceptable conduct I experienced.

Unhappy customer
If you want to have a bad day I suggest going to this store. I am an employee at a bank in westwood so this is the only printing shop that is close by, I went there on the 22nd of January 2025, when I asked the lady assisting me how much my printings will be she rudely said that I work in a bank so I'm suppose to count for myself, I brushed it off, payed, thanked her and took my printings. The following day I sent my documents 3 minutes before arriving at the store, I was on my phone and waited on the side since she was still assisting another customer, she was finishing up with the customer and as she looked at me for a good minute, I assumed that she was signaling for me to come forward since I was on a call, I greeted and proceeded to asked that she print a few documents that I had sent via email, again rudely responded by cutting me off before even finishing my sentence and said that, and I quote '' can't I see that she is still busy with another customer? ", appalled at the level of rudeness I tell that I saw her looking at me and I assumed that she was signaling for me to come close to the counter. She then also rudely responded and said that she was not looking at me, who said she was looking at me. I do not respond and take a step back and proceed with the conversation on my phone, when she was done with the customer she went on to have a sit at a deskot, totally ignoring my presence as a paying customer. I waited quietly for her to assist me, a lad that also works in the Centre came in and she stood up to assist her, I continued to be quiet waiting to be assisted, the lady asked for the prices and went on to scroll on her phone, she turned to me and shouted that she will not be assisting me since I'm very rude by being on my phone, she went on to threaten to contact my manager (since I was wearing my uniform) and said what kind of a person is employed at a bank but doesn't know how to count, I was soo shocked, I have never been treated this way my entire life. Worse her husband stood up and shouted that they have me on camera, and they will not be helping me. And just because I am wearing my uniform doesn't mean that i should be quite when people are rude towards me, I am also human. Please shut this business down, this couple is extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending, poor customer service.

Wicked couple at thisn3@1print shop
3@1westwood print shop, wicked people and greedy service.. We ( my wife and I) just visited the print shop this afternoon. 13 August 2024. The Indian lady was terribly rude, trying to cheat us on printing. Why? She said 'We charge R5, to access our computer. You print, due to popi act'. Then she went on to 'teach me' on how to use this use and print. I told her I go to Postnet, it free to print with their staff assisting. She got upset. Then, when I was done, she said, "It s now R10 for using the computer". I said, but you just told me it's R5.. She insisted it's R10. (pure greed). Then she called me inside to view my documents since it was more than 30 pages. When I looked at the printed documents, I saw that the print was extremely poor quality and light in color. So I told her, the copies are of very poor quality. Immediately she grew upset and said, "You are the first person who complained about the quality of rhe print and maybe it's your documents download". I told her I printed the same documents last week at home and to Postnet the copies were of good bright quality. She grew more upset and told her husband, the Grey old man, about my complaint. He immediately grew upset and said, Tell them to leave the copies and go". He continued to say to his wife, "Stop the print and let them go". In the moment my wife and I looked at each other on dismay, but needed the cooies as I needed to send them to Pretoria that afternoon. Then I said to the lady I want to reinsert my USB into the computer so that I can set all my documents accordingly. She insisted I need to pay another R10 for this on top of the R140 she charged me for my prints. As I left told her, your print are terrible, just that you should remember. She continued to be angry and said, "our prints are great, you are the first person complaining. How cruel, how wicked, how greedy can this couple be? Please do not go to this print shop. You will surely have a bad experience, let alone very poor prints and will certainly pay for your usage to access your own USB. Karma will sort this couple. Selvan Pillay Pinetown

Bully
People don't support this business. The old lady is rude and she hasn't just done this to me but a number of people! She picks on everyone. Because my order wasn't big she said I could pay cash I was speaking to her on Facebook she said to come in and pick up when I went there she asked what job I do because I sit on Facebook the whole day. I'm sick and work from home she turned it into a big fight and started yelling etc. I even told her I will post of social media she said go ahead. My question is there's so many bad reviews on Facebook etc and Westwood Mall is doing nothing about a lady who attacks people who are poor and sick and discrimates against them. She is a bully.

Terrible Service
My experience at three at one Westwood was a total nightmare. The new owner (elderly frustrated female - needs go retire from public). Let me keep it short as I am sure many experienced what I went through, she was rude, unhelpful and full of her self. To top it off I am paying customer and was called a helpless being when I asked for help. This women should close shop and take some lessons on manners and social interaction. I printed 6 copies but had to pay for 54 but I paid, in full and paid extra for her pains. I would never recommend this dragon and her digital lair to anyone. If I had to rate this company it would be minus 100. ~on behalf of Helpless Being~

Terrible Service

Let me keep it short as I am sure many experienced what I went through, she was rude, unhelpful and full of her self. To top it off I am paying customer and was called a helpless being when I asked for help. This women should close shop and take some lessons on manners and social interaction. I printed 6 copies but had to pay for 54 but I paid, in full and paid extra for her pains. I would never recommend this dragon and her digital lair to anyone.
