Terrible Service

My experience at three at one Westwood was a total nightmare. The new owner (elderly frustrated female - needs go retire from public). Let me keep it short as I am sure many experienced what I went through, she was rude, unhelpful and full of her self. To top it off I am paying customer and was called a helpless being when I asked for help. This women should close shop and take some lessons on manners and social interaction. I printed 6 copies but had to pay for 54 but I paid, in full and paid extra for her pains. I would never recommend this dragon and her digital lair to anyone.
