Oh *** do I have problems with this company. Driver sits on his ass doesn't want to carry the parcel to the door. Makes my disabled aunt go all the way up to the stairs can't even meet her halfway. The next order they never came to deliver it. I phoned and the lady gets aggressive with me and cuts the call saying the driver are human beings! They are horrible. I never had this problem with FedEx aramex etc.

Bully
People don't support this business. The old lady is rude and she hasn't just done this to me but a number of people! She picks on everyone. Because my order wasn't big she said I could pay cash I was speaking to her on Facebook she said to come in and pick up when I went there she asked what job I do because I sit on Facebook the whole day. I'm sick and work from home she turned it into a big fight and started yelling etc. I even told her I will post of social media she said go ahead. My question is there's so many bad reviews on Facebook etc and Westwood Mall is doing nothing about a lady who attacks people who are poor and sick and discrimates against them. She is a bully.
