Unhappy customer

If you want to have a bad day I suggest going to this store. I am an employee at a bank in westwood so this is the only printing shop that is close by, I went there on the 22nd of January 2025, when I asked the lady assisting me how much my printings will be she rudely said that I work in a bank so I'm suppose to count for myself, I brushed it off, payed, thanked her and took my printings. The following day I sent my documents 3 minutes before arriving at the store, I was on my phone and waited on the side since she was still assisting another customer, she was finishing up with the customer and as she looked at me for a good minute, I assumed that she was signaling for me to come forward since I was on a call, I greeted and proceeded to asked that she print a few documents that I had sent via email, again rudely responded by cutting me off before even finishing my sentence and said that, and I quote '' can't I see that she is still busy with another customer? ", appalled at the level of rudeness I tell that I saw her looking at me and I assumed that she was signaling for me to come close to the counter. She then also rudely responded and said that she was not looking at me, who said she was looking at me. I do not respond and take a step back and proceed with the conversation on my phone, when she was done with the customer she went on to have a sit at a deskot, totally ignoring my presence as a paying customer. I waited quietly for her to assist me, a lad that also works in the Centre came in and she stood up to assist her, I continued to be quiet waiting to be assisted, the lady asked for the prices and went on to scroll on her phone, she turned to me and shouted that she will not be assisting me since I'm very rude by being on my phone, she went on to threaten to contact my manager (since I was wearing my uniform) and said what kind of a person is employed at a bank but doesn't know how to count, I was soo shocked, I have never been treated this way my entire life. Worse her husband stood up and shouted that they have me on camera, and they will not be helping me. And just because I am wearing my uniform doesn't mean that i should be quite when people are rude towards me, I am also human. Please shut this business down, this couple is extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending, poor customer service.
