Just abit of my experience with this company, I’ve been requesting for an application for a rental property advertised by them since mid October 2025 and all I get is one story after the other, initially they had said they will send through the application, then all of a sudden they had an application on that property and they will let me know if the application does not get approved, that was on the 5th of November 2025; today 25th of November 2025 the apartment is still on the market for rental, available for occupation from 30th of November 2025, when I enquire I get another story. I just wonder if the owners of properties under this company, are aware of what this company is doing to their potential clients. The property in question is 2 bedroom apartment, located in Flamwood Klerksdorp, with rental amount of R7600.

Really had a bad experience with our rental agent at this agency in Pretoria. The rental was not up to standard when moving in, things still broken and too expensive to fix and on top of that unmentioned costs. Don’t rent with Pta East 3%.Com

Ms. Kim Jury and Mr. Neil Stuart Jury have facilitated the purchase of the property in the worst way ever. The previous owners have declared that everything is a 100% on the offer to purchase. then we moved in... what a shock!!! I hade to have several times get plumbing, electrical issues (DB Board still not marked), poor quality repairs to the stuff they tried to fix. I then said I am not going to sign the bank documents and was then threatened by Mr Neil and he guaranteed me that he will sort all out. Well 2 months after transfer, total of 5 months later I still don't have the approved building plans. Given up on getting them to repair issues - repaired it myself. I also kept then then November Rental back and also refuse to cover any utility bills until I have the plans. Now its said to me again today 25.02.2022, They will give it if I pay. do you think they are trustworthy? Definitely not. I will never ever recommend 3%.com as to either buy or sell a house with.

This is by far the worse company that you can use when purchasing a property. They included a "provisional levy" in the statement of account that was supposed to be paid over to the body corporate of the new property. I settled this account received from them in August 2021. The property was registered on 06.12.21. Imagine my surprise when the body corp of the new property is sending me arrear statements for the outstanding levy. I then queried this with 3%.com early in January 2022. To date this matter hasn't been settled. They are in continued discussions with internal departments around the refund that is evidently due to me with interest earned from August 2021. I don't understand why it is this complicated. There's no feedback unless you follow up. Basically they took the money but I've got to chase them everyday for something that is rightfully mine. I regret using them and will never in future.

My wife and I have recently decided to purchase our first home, we had contacted the estate agent and asked to view the property. Even though it was the day before we were to leave on our December holiday and at such short notice, they made a plan and we managed to view the property. Anyway we ended up signing an offer to purchase. As 3% properties are attorneys selling properties, Christine from the Benoni offices represents the seller and from that moment on wards, any questions that we had we contacted Christine and she promptly addressed our concern’s. Even now that we are dealing with different bond attorneys (ones appointed by the bank), Christine still gives us weekly feedback and we still often ask her anything that we are unsure of and she is always very helpful. I would strongly recommend buying a your new home from Christine and based on the level of courtesy and professionalism we have received, I will definitely ask Christine to assist us when we decide to sell our property. Thank you for such great service.
