Disappointed customer
This company, specifically in Klerksdorp, rented out my property for 9 months; and I was informed that tenants will move out by the 31st of December 2025; today it’s the 25th of January 2026 I still don’t have my house keys!!! Not to mention that I have R150k water bill from municipality to my name and that are not willing to take responsibility, whereas they were supposedly paying the municipality bill and give me what ever that is left of the rental money. Now I have no choice but to involve the legal team; if you can try by all means to avoid this company, unprofessional and poor communication from their side!!!

Disappointed ex-tenant
Disappointed ex-tenant; I recently moved out of one of HOUSS rental properties, to be exact I moved out on the 30th of November 2025; now I’m still receiving invoices from them saying that I owe them rent for December 2025; worse now I got an invoice for January 2026 and mind you I left their apartment on the 30th of November with a full month if not more notice; and the sad story is that they actually debit my account and I convincing my other responsibilities. If I could get help with removing my name from their database, I will really appreciate that

Just abit of my experience with this company, I’ve been requesting for an application for a rental property advertised by them since mid October 2025 and all I get is one story after the other, initially they had said they will send through the application, then all of a sudden they had an application on that property and they will let me know if the application does not get approved, that was on the 5th of November 2025; today 25th of November 2025 the apartment is still on the market for rental, available for occupation from 30th of November 2025, when I enquire I get another story. I just wonder if the owners of properties under this company, are aware of what this company is doing to their potential clients. The property in question is 2 bedroom apartment, located in Flamwood Klerksdorp, with rental amount of R7600.

Disappointed customer
I’m quiet disappointed at Le Morgan; just 1 week delay on my installment payments; I’m already receiving messages telling me that my name will be submitted to South African credit bureau; and I have never ever missed any payment before. Had I known that this is how they handle installments delays, I wouldn’t have bought anything from them. I just want to finish my installment and I will never ever do business with again. Anyway Le Morgan I have made payments into your account, and don’t worry about my future payments, I’ll make sure that my account is pay up by the end of this month.

A very ***** business!!! Zero communication from their side!!! False promises!!! They have my VW polo tsi since 22nd January 2025 until now 5th of April 2025, and no one is able to tell me give the update on the car, atleast to let me know what are they waiting for. To save yourself a headache, don’t look their way if you need your car to be fixed

Disappointed customer
I trusted this company so much that I kept on going back to them whenever I get a new car; but after what they are putting me through and still going through that mess, I will never ever recommend it to anyone, even to my biggest enemy. My car was involved in an accident on the 11th of January 2025; up to this day 5th of April 2025 no one knows what’s going on with my car, mind you the car in question is VW polo tsi, you would think that it should be relatively easy to find parts for VW and fix the car; but No! 3 months later I don’t have my car and nobody has answers for me; to make matters worse nobody cares to contact me and let me know what’s with my car, instead I’m the one who has to runs after them; or mybe is because they have no idea of what’s going and they don’t care. It’s very sad and frustrating. Don’t ask me about their rental car that was for exactly 30 days! It’s a story for another day!

Curtesy car
Let me tell you about my lovely car insurance that I’m so loyal to them! My polo VW has been in for repair of bumbers for over a month now, on top of that they could not even extend my horrible curtesy car, while other insurances can easily extend people’s curtesy car for up to 2 months

I have multiple claims from Miway; claims that I haven’t even made; I really don’t understand this!!!
