The Le-Morgan does not telling the truth this matter is not of 2016 they know very well it reflect in their system. After seeing that they have not put the complete braai stand I contacted them and tell them that they have given me something that is not working they wanted me to pay for transport so I asked them why should I pay for the transport whereas is them that made the mistake then they refuse to bring the complete braai stand. How can they reduce to replace something that they can see that they have sent me a wrong thing

I could rate them zero, I would. This is the worst company you could ever have a contract with. All they do is take, take, take and their consultants are never helpful. The salespeople don’t give you important information; they simply lure you into buying their products. I was promised non-stick pots, but the pots I received are extremely sticky. I chose to ignore it at the time. Then I was suddenly charged a bounce fee that I had no prior knowledge of. I only found out after a large amount of money was deducted from my account, I reversed the payment and I had to contact them for clarity, only for them to charge me for that as well. I explained that I was never informed about any bounce fees and even went as far as changing my debit order date. I was told the fees would be cancelled. I have this on record, as I sent multiple emails with proof of payment and all the necessary documentation. Seven months later, I discovered through my credit record that the charges were never cancelled and that I allegedly owe LeMorgen bounce fees. They never call to assist or resolve issues they only call for promotional purposes, praising you as a “good payer” and trying to push more sales, all while damaging your credit record. This has been an extremely frustrating and horrible experience.

Worst service ever. Please come take your items because from the onset I did communicate that there's a certain item that is incorrect, but you instead delivered. I told the agent to log an exchange wich he did twice and still today you have the nerve to debit me. Please come and get your stuff cause what I order clearly will not be give to me.

This le-Morgan people are not assisting me, instead they want me to pay for that how can I pay for something that was never there before? I reported this matter before and they told me to pay and asked them what am I paying for, now again they are insisting. Le-Morgan is bullying me, I cannot be their long time customer and they treat me like nobody, I am still their customer even now there are other things that I bought from them and still pay for them. I am not going be bul**** by Sizwe it will never happen

I would like to thank Arnold for getting getting back to to me as fast as he did, If they can treat all their customers there way they treated me with urgency and understanding many of these negative reviews will be a thing thing of the past. Arnold called me back the following day after I had written that negative review regarding their service. Io seeked clarity on their refund policy and he gladly explained that the company only refunds amounts less than R1500, anything above that you'll have to exchange your order for something else. He sent me the refund forms and I filled them and within their TAT the money was in my account. Keep up the good work team.

I bought a multicooker from Lemorgan and asked them that I need a electric braai stand and the lady told me that they are fished but he will include the usual one that is used with the coal for braai, so when my order arrived I checked the cooker and the braai stand I didn’t check because for that time I was not going to use it at any time. In December I took the box to home still sealed because I told them that I have a braai stand when I arrive and we tried to open for use the braai grid was not there and I called Le-Morgan for replacement but they wanted me to pay for delivery and my argument was that I was not the one who did a mistake so they need to take the responsibility as the company to send that and even today there is nothing that has been done. I am staying with something that is not working

They sold me a toy Airfryer in April 2026 for very expensive price, and when I told them it is too small they refused to return it. Now yesterday they came up with a New useble, and correct size of Airfryer since I have told them that they sold me a toy. And yesterday the 11 February 2026 they were forcing to sell me the normal, correct size of the Airfryer after they refused to take back their Airfryer toy. Unfortunately they are very customer abusive, *****ing from their own clients just having their commission and profit at heart. I am having that Airfryer at my house. which I am paying for something I don't use. And the time sold the Airfyer toy, together with iron which they falsified it's features and benefits for commission and profit's sake! Lemorgan is full of *******, ****s who uses their tactics to benefit and grow the company with people's tears and pains! I am a Platinum customer of Lemorgan, at the end of my journey they stole and **** to me for their commission and profits. The company is pathetic and sucks!

Wouldn't recommend honestly. If you still want to keep your credit score intact don't. I have 8 missed payments in my credit record although I was late on 1 payment. Consultants are rude and won't assist. This is my biggest regret. I want to return their products but again no consultant wants to assist.
