Seasons is not as bad as people are rating it. There are people who love their job and do it with passion. I went there with 3 of my friends and our stay started being unpleasant. But eventually everything worked out well. I was moved to a very beautiful Chalet where I felt like am at home. Lerato the supervisor made sure that she keeps her promised. Took up our complaint to management. Lorraine and Nono, the receptionists made sure that everything we needed was met. Not forgetting our housekeeper, Esther, she was so passionate doing her job. The Chalet was so spotless and smelling good. She made sure that everything we have there is spotless. I also would like to Commend the guy, I forgot his name, to was managing our braai area. He definitely assisted us where we needed help. The friendly people I mentioned above did a tremendous job. Lastly, I was surprised with a box of chocolate as a gift on my birthday. Oh... I forgot to mention that being relocated from one Chalet to the other, was done on my special day and that showed me that staff members can really listen and take care of of your complains. We were settled during our stay and the above-mentioned staff made sure that we extremely enjoy our stay at Seasons Golf, Leisure and Spa Resort. Thanks to Management and staff. I will make sure that I visit your resort very often after the friendly treatment I have received.
Abel working at Bradlow in Silverton did the outstanding job on all of my purchases. He helps you to your satisfaction as a customer. Thank you Abel.
We have been waiting since 7h00. Our appointment is at 8h00. We stood there because we were told that the staff has attended a meeting until 09h00. It's now9h15 and the doors are still not opened because of that meeting held by staff. It's incoveniencing since some of us have to re rt to work. The service is so poor and no respect is app**** for community. There are older people waiting on long qeues. We are tired of the service rendered by Home Affairs staff members.
I have been standing on a queue for so long and the cashiers are very very slow. Please improve the service rendered to your customers. Quick service please.
The service at the Pick n Pay Tshwane Regional Mall is very poor. Sometimes there's only few tills that's operational where customers pay for their items purchased. The staff members are offering a slow service. Sometimes queues are very long with few tills opened and staff member operating the tills are very slow. Another thing that made customers disappointed is using the smart card. We are told that the card cannot be used more than once yet they use their Thyme Bank card for customers who do not have cards instead of providing them with their own cards. So it means the points accumulated goes back to either the staff or the Pick n Pay shop. This needs to be addressed.
Intec College delays to give us our results for the 1st semester. I spoke to a couple of staff members there. The last one I spoke to is Meshe Bredenkamp who promised to get me the results since 09/10/2023 via an email. Am so very much disappointed with them. We trusted and hoped that they will do what is right for the students. I had to pay the whole bursary amount back to my company since I didn't provide them with my results. Their email addresses are meshe.bredenkamp@icg.edu.za; funeka.mfengwana@icg.edu.za; Theo.hagins@icg.edu.za;creditopsteam@icg.edu.za
I am an African Bank customer, customer number is 4135624. The total amount owed was R52 000. I was expected to pay off or settle the very long outstanding amounting to R2500 in July 2023. African Bank decided not to debit the outstanding settlement amount of R2500. I have been trying to contact them by phone and email but to no avail. Now my credit profile is in a mess because of them. I am very disappointed since I have been looking forward to end business with them. I am always being told to visit the branch which never happened when I have been paying them. Please help me to get in touch with them. Thank you.
Please keep me anonymous. As a frustrated and angry student at Intec College. I feel like the institution doesn't care about its student. I have been sending numerous email and also making calls to their credit department and they read the emails and ignore. They don't respond to any of my emails and calls. I have been asking for the results since last year or early this year. First I was told that I owe them. I made a payment and expecting my results and nothing has been done since. I will never recommend anyone to attend at the institution. It's just so annoying for someone to read your message and not respond. USELESS!!!!!
This should be the last I complained about Cell C. I received another debit order request from Cell C. Yesterday I spoke to Nthabiseng at collections, promised me that a debit order request will be made on the 25th of this month. I again owe my bank the unsuccessful collection charges again. Cell C please stop what you are doing. It's annoying. You definitely don't keep your promises when speaking to a client. STOP CALLING ME AND DO AS I INSTRUCTED YOU TO DO.....
I have complained about Cell C and I am sending my complained again. Cell C debits my account everyday now. Let them please stop because I don't get paid everyday. This is ANNOYING and complicates my bank account. There was a debit order that was sent through on Monday and now it's today like now there was a debit order attempt. Now I owe my bank over R200 unnecessary. They have to clear this amount I owe my bank and I dont CARE how they do it. I think the agents are doing this deliberately because they call and they try to sell me a cellphone contract. After their call follows a debit order attempt everyday. THIS IS ANNOYING......LET THEM STOP THIS. I DONT WANT TO BE TOLD THAT ITS THEIR SYSTEM BECAUSE A SYSTEM CAN BE STOPPED. I KNOW HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS. IT WAS PROGRAMMED BY A MAN AND IT CAN BE FIXED BY A MAN......SO STOP WHAT YOU DO TO YOUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU WILL DEFINITELY LOOSE US.....
