The staff at the store sell you furniture they dont have , i bought a bed on Saturday and i clearly stated that i needed the bed delivered on the same-day before i even made the payment, after paying i was then told that they no longer had it and i had to move in to my new apartment , long story short, the bed hasnt been delivered till date and im having to sleep on peoples couches, the staff at the stores just told me they cant do anything

On 02/03/2026 I send r2000 cash to my daughter who is at university. I forwarded him copy of slip so that she can use it when making withdrawal. Apparently on the 04/03/2026 she went to the STD Bank ATM, only to find out that the was already withdrawn. Who makes withdrawal she doesn't know, so to me. On the 05/03/2026 a visited PEP store Lephalale to enquire about the withdrawal. They call their customer Centre for more information and they said money was withdrawn at Orange Farm, standard Bank ATM the same day I send cash. When I asked them how possible, only to find that the cashier/telller when she asked me my contact number she entered the incorrect cell number even though I gave to her 6 times. (Believe you me..6 times) At the call centre, they said the person whom make withdrawals change the PIN. HOW possible, I'dont know. Now they said I must go to the nearest police station to open a case and they will investigate. My word. Who is fault is this. Please I need help

Custom service issue. I've submitted an issue with the furniture that I have bought from bradlows it is still in the warranty but it seems like they are dragging their feet in order to come back to me as if they were waiting for the warrant to laps before they come back to me this in my mind is unfair and honestly disappointing from such a well known is establishment The shop that I purchased from keeps telling me that they have not received any comeback from the head office and are still waiting for feedback this has now been 2 weeks and still going I was told when I first submitted the issue that it should not belong about 72 hours until somebody comes back to me this is a complete lie I'm very disappointed in the service I've received as they have not helped me and am honestly so upset that I chose to buy from this establishment And if I am not helped within 5 working days from this post I will slander bradlows name across all social media platforms that I am on.

We bought a Gomma Gomma lounge suite from Bradlows in Mosselbaai. Agter a few months the couches started falling in at back. They came to fetch them to have them repaired. saturday they bought them back still not fixed and wood had chips out of it. A brand new lounge suite. Manager or no one wants to take responsibility. I send the couches back. Lets see what happens now. I would advise pleople not to buy from Bradlows as there service and customer care is up to maggots.

I want to please review Bradlows Mall at Carnival / Kuruman for the absolute worst experience I have ever had . In 2022 I bought a brand new Grafton everest lounge suit in the 1st week it went back after the 3 seat back keep on falling back it went back along with my 2 seater recliner where the right side keep on failing to close I got it back just before moving back from the Northern Cape ( Kuruman to Johannesburg ) February 2023 About 6 months later the problems again started I went to Mall at Carnival Bradlows shop Numerous times trying to get this problem resolved but to date 05/03/2026 they don't even get back to me after they have raised the concern to their head office they promised me last year that they will get in to contact with me but still nothing please help as we payed a lot of money for a set which is literally now falling apart and with that being said the warranty is only until 2027 which means they actually playing for time to just have the excuse that it's now out of warranty .... I tried calling Grafton Everest head office myself but have no luck as the one number doesn't even work and the 2nd number just ring with no answer please help

We are sooo disappointed in Bradlows Phoenix we went there with so much joy because of how Lance used to make things happen and on time, we have been promised delivery since saturday with a feedback of we waiting for authorisation now its we are waiting for the warehouse i dont know till when for the delivery of out two dinning suites, when Lance was still around we have never waited for so long for whatever reason, to say disappointed is actually an understatement no hope or joy in continuing from now onwards

If there was no star's it would be fitting. Bought a lounge suite from them and it was delivered broken. After 3 month nothing happened on replacement. Got tired off waiting so requested a refund and still waiting. Only way forward is going to the consumer ombudsman now.
