Big Thank you to Mr Conrad Meyer cork wood mall manager,he intervened and handled my refund process in a professional and efficiently while I dealt with rude and unhelpful staff including their manager at Caledon Bradlows since 11 of March,it takes few day for Me Meyer to ensured my refund was processed without further delay

We bought a brand new fridge only for the water dispenser to not work. I sent an email also call head office and they sent out a technician on a brand new fridge, he said it’s fixed. That same day we added water and the dispenser was just leaking. We woke up to a wet kitchen floor. We have had the fridge for almost 3 months and I have been asking for them to come take it and just cancel this whole thing and still nothing. You send an email, it gets rep**** to days later, worse with no solution. I don’t understand what type of service is this and how they even allow for customers to be using a fridge that is leaking and to think this is paid for monthly. Till today, there has been no solution and no one is showing any interest in helping. What a horrible experience what terrible service

Ek is baie baie disappointed met bradlows klerkdorp middel.maart het ek n sitkamerstel gebook vir regmaak 1ste april het hulle die banke kom haal ek het presies n maand gewag tot ek agter hulle aan gebel het om te hoor waar is my banke het n week gewag vir reply om en by net om te hoor die materiaal van die banke is nie beskikbaar nie ek moet ander banke kies ek het toe gevra vir n refund na ek bietjie rond geneuk het met watse stel ek soek want daar is nie its anders nie wat ek soek nie en toe vra ek vir refund en dis nu al end Mei amper en ek wag nog steeds hulle moet nog n bank kom haal voor ek n refund kry en dan moet ek nog 7 tot 21 dae wag v refund en ek wag nog al die pad dat hulle n bank optel ek soek net my geld terug ek wag nou al letterlik 2 maande net om niks te he behalwe n halwe stel sonder my geld niemand gaan uit hulle pad nie hulle is gou genoeg om jou geld te vat maar wane jy n repair book gebeur dinge 2 weke na die tyd en dan verder niks jy sukkel eks al.so moedeloos ek weet nie wat om te doen nie

Pathetic service from Bradlows customer care and the delivery courier. I have only ordered 3 times from them and all 3 times my deliveries was a f... up If you ever want to buy anything from them, think twice Their customer care is really not helpful. You never receive feedback from them. 3 days in a row i had to call them to follow up on my delivery and all i get is, i will escalate to the warehouse and they will call you back. Which never happens. Not even a manager in the call centre made an attempt to call me I will never buy or order from them again Surely their competitors will appreciate the business more of which i will go to
