Pathetic service
Pathetic service from Bradlows customer care and the delivery courier. I have only ordered 3 times from them and all 3 times my deliveries was a f... up If you ever want to buy anything from them, think twice Their customer care is really not helpful. You never receive feedback from them. 3 days in a row i had to call them to follow up on my delivery and all i get is, i will escalate to the warehouse and they will call you back. Which never happens. Not even a manager in the call centre made an attempt to call me I will never buy or order from them again Surely their competitors will appreciate the business more of which i will go to

Bradlows mall@carnival worst service
The claims service at Bradlows mall@carnival is the worst i experienced. I have submitted my claim on the 15th of July for my washing machine which had a dent in the front and a broken lid upon opening the box, up untill today, 24th of August, i haven't received my replacement machine because apparently there is no stock. My first payment will be deducted and i still don't have a machine to use. So i will be paying for something i dont have. If they want to keep their customers they need to be more active on their claims. It is the 2nd item i bought from them and both had defects. I will never buy at this store again. Whoever buys at this store needs to think twice.
