We bought a brand new fridge only for the water dispenser to not work. I sent an email also call head office and they sent out a technician on a brand new fridge, he said it’s fixed. That same day we added water and the dispenser was just leaking. We woke up to a wet kitchen floor. We have had the fridge for almost 3 months and I have been asking for them to come take it and just cancel this whole thing and still nothing.

You send an email, it gets rep**** to days later, worse with no solution. I don’t understand what type of service is this and how they even allow for customers to be using a fridge that is leaking and to think this is paid for monthly. Till today, there has been no solution and no one is showing any interest in helping.

What a horrible experience what terrible service
