I am so disappointed with African bank they took my money twice.i tried calling them the lady on the phone said they will call me within 48hours and gave me a reference number still no response.i myself made a follow up but no one is willing to assist me or help me. I saved that money for transport now am not going to work because African bank decided to take my money and no one is assisting me.that bank is a ****.am never trusting that bank again

This is an urgent complaint regarding a missing withdrawal. On 26 March, I withdrew funds from Exness, but the money has still not reflected in my account. My first withdrawal was successful, which makes this delay highly concerning. I was advised that I would receive an update from head office, but I have received no feedback. Here's another bank that will kill you. I've opened 2 ***** cases over 2 years ago. Only 1 got resolved and the other still not. When I talk to them they refer me to the resolved case. R36000 is refunded and R100 000 is not.

On the 07 October Bayport query man requested for a settlement letter from African bank.and discount was request Then African bank sent a discounted settlement letter of R48150.32 Account reference:6587620005 And it was settled by Bayport on the 2025/10/15 But the account wasn’t closed after bayport settled they just minused the settled amount and the remaining balance left on my profile and in arreas..and it’s effecting my Credit score and credit profiles

hi all , African bank service is bad , i opened a african bank account last year april , 2 months after that a loan with a zero balance appeared on my profile , i queried it at the branch , they sent me to the police station to write up an afidavit and state that i never in my history ever borrowered money from them african bank or its elifilites , documents uploaded took them 6 months to response via sms to say that (your request could not be met due to isuffient documents ) i called them immediatly and spoke to Sifiso ref no :9468265049 he only response was that i re email my query again to them , and offered no help .. i asked him again if i had a loan agreement with them in 2009 that he keeps on saying send me proof where i signed or the agreement , which he cannot provide , thinking of switching my bank again to accomodate salary very dissapointed at them , service is terrible

I'm experiencing difficulty with African bank,we had an agreement of R350 on the 15 they decided to take R1450 and R930 without my authorization,I m on medical disability temporarily bcs of my spine the took the money which my daughter sent for medication and consultantion today ,I didn't go to see the orthospine specialist, Thursday on the 30 April was called by their legal I thought it will be resolved nothing,went to branch Monday was not assisted I'm struggling of pains I just need my money back

I called African bank 3months ago to cancel my card after I lost it. I went to the branch several times to get a new card and register for cellphone banking but they said they couldn't verify my fingerprints but they printed me a pocket account card instead of myWorld account. Till to date when I got there they just tell me they can't verify me , no way forward. What about my funds in my World account? I have been to the branch several times. Why can't they verify me with a selfie and have me reset my app credentials so i can make transfers on my own?
