Tymebank terminated my account then sent My refund of R453. But still haven’t sent the money from my goalsave which is R8029 when I call them they say they don’t see the goalsave thank God I printed the monthly statement as proof that I haven’t withdrawn the money

A *****ulent debit order R474 off my accounts from vodacom. No debicheck permission given and secondly there is NO DEBIT ORDER LOADED FOR VODACOM. Now two weeks later they are still wasting my time. It's a disgrace this level of service. I have been with Tyme bank since the inception. The chat on Go Tyme jyst wastes my time. It's been 2 weeks. No answer. A disgrace.

I was doing my online payment and online purchase- the correct amount went off on the payment I wanted to make then I was now buying food paying with my tyme bank payment went off but to a wrong merchant and incorrect amount. I tried to log in an explain that money went off to the unauthorised merchant.poor customer service!
