I have been studying with them for 6 years and I still haven’t received my national diploma certificate in educare. Their head office is based in Cape Town so I have been communicating with them via emails Now they have recently stopped replying to me and it’s so frustrating because I have paid already for my certificate and I have submitted my documents. No one seems to help me with this situation. Ingrid and sumaya who was supposed to help me have stopped replying to my emails I’m so fed up of this ********* college There is no else who can help me I email them every single day

Long story short, took company to small claims court, was granted a judgement to be refunded after it was fout ******** that they retain my funds, they ignore court and the refund order. DO NOT use it , unless you have money to throw away.

INTEC Refuse to assist me with deregistration seeing as their website never worked so I was NEVER able to start my studies. They ****med us out of R3302 and now the persons who assisted me also dont work there anymore - apparently. They don't answer email even when I receive read receipts and non of the telephone numbers work! This is absolutely disgusting behaviour especially knowing full well we chose Intec because they were the affordable option!

I am requesting your assistance regarding a prolonged issue I have been experiencing with Intec College, which has been extremely frustrating and stressful. Since 2024, I have been trying to cancel my enrollment. I was instructed to appeal and submit certain documents, which I did, but I never received a response. Despite multiple follow-ups and phone calls, there has been no resolution. I eventually decided to pay off the account. However, obtaining my paid-up letter was another challenge I had to call and remind them several times before finally receiving it. Today, when I contacted the college to confirm whether my account details had been updated to reflect the payment, the staff member in the Accounts Department informed me that she was not sure how that process is done. I also contacted Experian, and they confirmed that they cannot update anything from their side unless they receive the necessary information from Intec College. Unfortunately, the college has not yet submitted any updates. This situation has left me in a difficult position, and I urgently require your intervention to ensure that Intec College properly updates my account with Experian to reflect that it has been fully paid. Level of professional is bad today when I called the school head office they answer the call but they keep on talking themes

Now that I am prepared to settle my account, I am being given the runaround for something as minor as a statement. I have contacted multiple people, including Deelena Ramnath (Head of Collections) at deelena.ramnath@educor.co.za , and Oveshni Kanavathy at Oveshni.Kanavathy@ncra.co.za , yet neither have been helpful. As a General Manager myself, I find this level of incompetence and lack of accountability completely unacceptable for an institution of this size.
