I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from Intec College. I have been sending daily emails requesting a simple statement, but no one has had the decency to respond. Initially, the student portal was not working for quite some time, which already caused unnecessary delays. Now that I am prepared to settle my account, I am being given the runaround for something as minor as a statement. I have contacted multiple people, including Deelena Ramnath (Head of Collections) at deelena.ramnath@educor.co.za , and Oveshni Kanavathy at Oveshni.Kanavathy@ncra.co.za , yet neither have been helpful. As a General Manager myself, I find this level of incompetence and lack of accountability completely unacceptable for an institution of this size.
called few times to change my debit order however no.1 could be able to pick my policy using my id number and I received an email from winniem@hollard.co.za very useless hasn't received any response yesterday they decided to debit my account mxm this is pure bullshxt PLEASE CANCEL MY POLICY
