I am writing as a devastated client. I received a message stating that my funeral policy has been canceled due to the non-payment of five months, which is incorrect. I have tried calling, but there has been no answer. I also sent an email with proof of payments made, but I still have not received a response. Hollard is truly failing us as clients.

I have been with hollard for I think more than 10 yes now and I was due for cash back on my funeral policy for 5 years unclaimed..I claim my cash back on the 03 of March 2026 and I recieved my money in 7 days as they said I will...thank you Hollard so much for always take care of me and family.
