I bought sofas in 2020 and received damaged sofas with a factory fault. Called immediately to report and they requested photos which I send via whattsapp. They send a driver to collect the sofas but he said there is no space and up to date they still did not replace my sofas. I am still paying for them. I called numerous times and reported at their offices in JHB but still not received any help. When I called again today, I was told that the warranty has expired.
