Homechoice keep saying am in arrears even though my March installment is already paid. I have sent them an email and they sent a statement without rectifymg their mistake. Their people call me everyday tring to sell me somthing new even though I am only 4 months into this existing purchase. This is so irritating because these girls speak with me as if I am their best friend - so unproffesional. Please sort your finan e department bacause so many people will end up paying more than they should. That is why some people just stop making payments because they do it out of frasteation.

I've decided to stop paying the account with homechoice because my closing balance doesn't go down.I've paid de account for 6-7months with my balance changing slightly,en every time I ask for statements then consultants ignore me.ive paid more than R2k with a closing balance of R5k en then they tell me I owe 4.8 no that's totally wrong.im so disappointed with homechoice 🤞

I was sold bedroom set not knowing I was buying. Sales person tells me I'll receive a "gift" because I've been a great customer paying on time every month, not knowing I was being sold a new set. O returned it but my instalment seems higher even after returning the merch. I'm now trying to get hold of their customer service team for an explanation, I keep getting cut off the minute I explain my query. Is there someone that overseas complaints like these that side? as I'm losing money trying to contact you with no luck and credit profile negatively affected as I'm struggling to pay the inflated instalment

I bought cast iron post and within 3months, the paint was chipping off. They don't live up to the non stick guarantee, they get discoloured very quick I've owned cast iron post before and this terrible quality was a first for me. Never again

My nephew has been ****med by homechioce; he app**** for a job at real only for him to not get a job because thry say he is owing homechoice when he never ever boaght anything from homechoice SANDILE JUSTICE ZIQUBUsometime ago he lost his id he reported the incident has an affidavit from that year whn he lost his id probbly whoever found it did some ***** now he has to suffer even though he has a proof that he lost his id an reported at the police still they wont clear his name how can he pay for sumthing he ddn't take on credit; he's been up and down with no assisstance now he lost on a job opportnity bcos of that

Tried calling today 2 of their agents dropped my call till I've reached an agent that told me I will get confirmation of the cancelation within 24 hours Yet to see but why is it still open???

Kindly please help im being Harassed by Home Choice. They call me every day since last year been trying to ask them not to call me but the calls dont stop. Please Help me. This is not right.
