Homechoice has become a ****mer and it’s unbelievable, I placed an order of 6 pieces but received 4 , i lodged a request the lady said i need to submit an affidavit of which i did but until today nothing. Secondly I owe but I paid, i’m not sure how their system works. I also have an order that has been stuck on processing. I’m so disappointed by this company

Very incompetent, I was billed for an insurance I never took, I then canceled it in June, even today I have not been refunded as they have promised, they always have stories, last week I made a follow up, I was told the cancelation they made in June was not done right, therefore they had to recancel in September. Unbelievable. When I ask for my call recordings, another stories, to such an extent I want to take this insurance company to court for deducting money from my account without my consent.
I took out a contract with vodacom in February and one of your consultants advised my fiance it was a good idea that he took a device insurance cover for me. 3 months down the line, I was invoiced with a huge bill. When I enquire about it from Vodacom, I was then informed its an insurance. To my surprise I was shocked coz I never took any insurance, I was transferred to the insurance department, they told me, when my fiance applied for the insurance it pulled out my details but still I never gave my consent for my account to be debited. They assured me the policy will be canceled.that was in June, until now, I still have an outstanding balance from vodacom insurance, and it is affecting my credit profile, it reflects as if, I'm in Arrears whereas I'm still paying for my device every month. How does 1 get out of this situation now because it seems as if I will be in Arrears for the rest of my life. I've called more than 100 to vodacom insurance still no solution
