I made a claim, for my phone repair, through Telkom, who is now with Omart insure. The sent me a response to pay an excess of R1100. I was baffled by this as it's too much. I asked why it's so much and said they charge 15% of the value of the phone. This information was never mentioned when the took over. They only sent an email introducing themselves and said nothing will change based on the terms and conditions from the previous provider(admin plus).. No documentation was sent to me and I have been asking to escalate the matter since September and I have not received an update or resolution. Instead they keep telling me about the excess I have to pay.

My cellphone was ****** at work, on the 13th of May and I made an insurance claim at Telkom All Risk Insurance underwritten by Old Mutual with all the necessary documents, on the 17th and until today I have not received any positive feedback. I have been trying to make contact with them but they always say they are still assessing the claim. I have been without a cellphone for more than 2 weeks now and it's frustrating. I have been paying the insurance for almost 2 years now, I am really disappointed.

I was trying to claim for a broken phone but they kept on asking for many things like the photos of the box of the phone and the IMEI number which I gave them but still no help was given to me

Lerato Fulani was the customer service who assisted me with the sale. She has excellent customer service skills and have patience. Although I was struggling so much with connection issues will conducting the sales...she didn't give up and ensured that she closed the sale. She called me back and even stayed on the line with me while concluding.

I have bought the cellphone last year April and asked the insurance to be added ,I only found this year that the insurance was not added and they kept saying that I had cancelled it ,upon requesting the voice record they said that they will put the phone under insurance as it was their fault for not adding it last year and will reflect as if the insurance was taken last year and then they will start deducting I am now in shock as they ask me to pay the access of R5100 saying that the insurance was still new but had they added the insurance when requested that would have not affected me I would pay the Normal access but now they want me to take their fault

I made A cellphone claim with FINRITE and I was given an account number and reference to pay the access amount to unfortunately when my wife made a deposit she used branch code as a reference instead of the reference that was provided .I communicated this with FINRITE and they promised me their finance department will pay me back as I made another deposit with the correct reference to their account but two years down the line they never refunded me.

Hi there, it's been 2 months now I had a query on my insurance and none of them came back to me. I claimed my IPhone 13 that was lost and provided with everything they needed from me and yet their response been saying we will get back to you from the end of this day . Called in everyday and tried to even speak to the management and their response has been "waiting on Telkom for the usage" for 2 months? Please assist me on this matter because I have tried with my utmost best and reported the phone first day
