I have been waiting for my refund since last year. I have been so patient but nothing has been provided. Please urgently assist.
I would like to give Ntombi Buthelezi at Rosebank branch private banking for her best customer service. Ntombi went over and above trying to assist me while my banker was away. My finances have been a mess and even if my application might not be successful. Ntombi has given me a dignified level of service and for after a long time i was reminded why i joined Nedbank. This by far was a best service, and she understand customer needs and the products shes dealing. This doesnt happen everyday which is why i felt the need to write here. I was even thinking of moving banks
I have tried to resolve this with Homechoice directly but I failed. I have emailed Leeann Petersen. I have fully paid my account but it is still showing on my credit Bureau profiles. Homechoice please get this sorted please.
I ordered tekkies from Homechoice in February, and elected to fetch them from their JHB branch. Later on I received a call from home (Free State)that they have received a parcel from Homechoice. I contacted them and arranged for the tekkies to be fetched as I have already fetched the tekkies from Jhb branch. Till to date they have not collected the tekkies and I am paying for them. Please urgently attend to this. I am sick and tired of your bad services.
Can you please stop harassing me with your debt collectors ? And go check your records in 2020 i have told you guys i cant afford your products and you forcefully want me to pay. Please come and collect them I still haven't used them or tell me where to deliver them. I have worked hard for my score and i don't want to be affected by this.
This debt collectors company is harassing me with the debt that have already informed them should not have existed. I received a Parcel from Isabella Gracia during 2020 hard lockdown. I specifically told them i cannot afford these products and they must collect them. They tried to negotiate with me. I have asked Alliance to communicate with them and come and get their products because they are still unused. I am worried that this will affect my credit score.
I am extremely upset and even regret buying homechoice furniture. This company has managed to ruin my credit score that I have worked so hard to repair. I already had a debit order going off my account when I bought goods to last year to pay in February this year as per special. Their accounts messed up and the debit order never went off. I was only made aware later . Of which I made arrangements. I found my account listed as a arrears but the error was from their side. Please fix this I cannot afford this.
Good Day I'm a resident at Sandtonview, I would like to share my observations with one of your security guard Richard Chauke is a good example of what we need. I am very impressed with his attitude towards his job, there were young stars around age of 15years wanting to go to the Mint hotel and he questioned them and returned them. These kids come invited by older man without their parents knowledge. Richard is always strict when it comes who can enter premises because there's many people taking chances. He is very consistent and loves his job and that as a tenant makes me feel safe. Well done to him
Can you please pay back my money that was deducted unauthorized? First of all I stayed 9 months with faulty unit installed on my new car then you deduct my money without authorization. Please return my money
Good day How long are you going to ignore me? I have asked for my account to be fixed on credit bureau platform but its not done?? If this is not fixed by next week I'm returning your goods at least i will be credited and not have this incorrect info on my name.
