Signed up today for a subscription with isabella garcia. They sent me 3 debi checks instead of one. When I call their line it says their unavailable and the consultant who helped me their number isn't going through. Would like to just cancel altogether but im not getting through to anyone. Don't want extra debit orders going through

The employees are very helpful and are always happy to assist you with anything. And the products that they are selling are absolutely the best i haven't had any problem with my skin while using them

I am trying to cancel the ambassador fee before my first debit order goes off , I can’t afford to pay that amount of money every month , I’ve sent mail after mail after mail but I do not get a response back . I’m so stressed because that money would be my last and I do not have a job anymore . Please take me out of my misery

I was very impressed with the quality and friendliness of the consultant... You don't really find that today... Very helpful and attentive... Top quality customer service and 5 star treatment... Even getting back to me and thanking me and blessing my day...

Isabella Garcia should be getting 100 trash cans for how underhanded they are. They had something delivered to my niece who has not worked for years and is currently on disability. I sent emails, she sent emails and eventually someone called. They confirmed that what was sent to my niece was to the value of R4000 plus. They also said they would collect this 'gift' since my niece cannot afford it. They still have not done this. When I try to call them they refuse to help as they say they need to speak to my niece. All I can say is - Lord please shut these ****** down let them experience your wrath for thieving they do. I pray you make each person involved in this *****ery suffer as they con people into accepting a 'free gift' that is so expensive, most working people cannot afford it. Where is Julius Malema when he needs to shut down this trash? Block all their callers and may their business die a slow and painful death along with them...

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the poor service I’ve received regarding a so-called “free gift” voucher (EPB7875230) from Isabel Garcia and Platinum Life. I reached out well within time to get assistance with redeeming this R600 voucher, yet despite my efforts, I was never properly assisted. As a direct result of this lack of support, the voucher expired without ever being used something both companies have already acknowledged and can confirm on their end. So here is the simple question: if the voucher was never used and the failure lies in your inability to assist me in time, what exactly is the problem with re-issuing a new voucher? Instead of resolving this quickly and professionally, I’ve been dragged through endless back-and-forth emails with so-called “specialised client liaisons” who have proven to be anything but helpful. All I keep receiving are apologies not solutions. This matter could have been resolved long ago by simply re-issuing the voucher. That would demonstrate actual customer service and accountability. Instead, I’ve experienced delays, incompetence, and a complete lack of ownership. At this point, I am tired of the run-around. A replacement voucher would have resolved everything cleanly and without unnecessary frustration. It is a simple fix. Please don’t come back with another apology, come back with a proper resolution. Surprise me by doing something effective for once, not by continuing this cycle of poor service.
