Don't know why I am bothering to write this, as Oncallsa don't care enough to reply to any reviews on here. But if this saves someone else from making the same HUGE mistake that I made, and prevents people from ever supporting them again, then it's worth it. Their guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on. Vinson Moore who is their GM, is a smooth talking pretty boy that will turn around and give you the biggest kick to the gut, and leave you winded on the floor. Their acredited tilers are so bad, that you would think someone on TIK did the job. Grout gaps ranging between 6mm and 15mm wide. Sloping steps. Terribly finished off edges. Hollow and broken laid tiles. The list goes on. You would need to see it to believe it. I call to report the bad workmanship. I get told that they will send their local branch manager out WITH the installer, and they will review the damages and we will take it from their. 1 week later I get a letter giving me the finger. No visit. No call. No apology. They fired the tiler Wayne Lita, (an admission of guilt?) and I am down a little over R15k and utterly gobsmacked at the way this has been handled. I either have to suck it up and pay someone else to redon the job, (oh, did I mention that they said I could use one of their guys to rectify the job at my own cost?!?!) or live with this pathetic job and carry on with my life. Do yourself the favour, DON'T EVER use Oncallsa for ANY home improvement. And don't buy from CTM as they refer people to these clowns.

They promise you good service and a guarantee if you go through their online system and use one of their CTM installers. DON'T DO IT!! Their so called "best tiler" messed up SO badly (sloping stairs, grout between 6 - 15mm wide, hollow and broken tiles etc.) that I HAD to call and report it. I got told that because the tiler deviated from protocol, my guarantee is null and void. Then they fired the tiler. That's it. No apology. No attempt to help. They just leave you R15 000 down and a tiling job so bad that you would have to see it to believe it. Do yourself the favour, DON'T EVER buy from CTM or Italtyle (owned by same owner) and don't EVER use Oncallsa for any reno work. You will he left with sleepless nights and empty pockets, and a very bruised ego for blindly trusting a guarantee.
Now I know why their name is Wondernet. Because you always wonder when your going to get Internet... I dont ever give a review until I have given a company or person a chance to prove themselves... Well, Hayley Montgomery, here is your review you've been nagging me for. The WORST Internet/fibre company EVER!!!! CONSTANT buffering and Internet issues. Unable to sort out account issues so I had to sort it out myself. Call the helpline to log a complaint and the calls drop because their own WiFi phones don't even keep connection properly. I've now had to pay a penalty fee just to get rid of them. I should be charging WONDERNET for the downtime in connectivity!!! Hayley no longer answers emails or direct messages so I don't even know if she's still with her company... But i hope she reads this. Comet Projects / wondernet / Seacom / Frogfoot can all go get F&£ked.
