I wish I could give this company 0 stars, the customer service is TERRIBLE. You have to speak to a bot to get through to a real person, which could take hours. And when you eventually do get through, the customer service guys are not helpful at all and try and pin the blame on the customer every chance they get. If you take one thing away from this review please let it be that you should NEVER EVER consider choosing Wondernet as your ISP, honestly what a ****ty customer service department.

Pitty you cannot score zero stars. Wondernet is officially the worse ISP. I was a client for 6 years. September I had to do a line switch as I moved from one unit to another in the same complex. Not once was I told that there will be additional charges. If you query them you either do not get a response or they simply tell you to pay. I refused so my services was suspended. Now I still receive new Invoices for services not received. If your idea of running a business is exploiting your loyal clients then I am afraid you will not be around very long.

The worst ever service provider. No communication. No service. No customer care. Disgusting the way they treat paying customers. I cancelled my services with them. Beyond useless.

The support services from this company is non existent. They don’t have any sense of urgency in assisting. Considering connectivity is such an important element when working from home, you would expect to at least be treated with some urgency! Terrible, I am cancelling my subscription immediately. Have reverted to LTE backup for now after being down for 4 days and still down! Bought a new router for nothing as well.

WonderNet, no internet since Friday, WhatsApp support, technician just disappears, email support non-existent, calling in just leaves you on hold whether one selects "support", "sales" or "accounts". Is there anyone actually working? Time to find another network provider - one who cares about client service. They are undeserving of business.

Poor service. Lack of interest and willingness to assist clients, been logging tickets for our fibre internet for 2 days now and the response is "send more pictures of the devices" tomorrow will be my 3rd day without internet.

I log a case at 17:30 on the 12th May and 2 hours later if I didn't ask but I did and I received a message we are resolving the issue. An hour so 3 hours in total still no feedback I asked again and the response I got back was, they have escalated this issue to Metro Fibre. If I don't ask for an update I wouldn't receive one.

I’ve had nothing but issues with Wondernet. The internet constantly lags due to high latency, making it nearly impossible to stream, game, or even browse properly. I’ve contacted their support team multiple times, but they’ve done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Each time, I’m given the same generic response with no real help or follow-up. For a service that claims to offer fast and reliable internet, this has been beyond disappointing. I would not recommend Wondernet to anyone looking for stable connectivity or decent customer support.
