Pitty you cannot score zero stars. Wondernet is officially the worse ISP. I was a client for 6 years. September I had to do a line switch as I moved from one unit to another in the same complex. Not once was I told that there will be additional charges. If you query them you either do not get a response or they simply tell you to pay. I refused so my services was suspended. Now I still receive new Invoices for services not received. If your idea of running a business is exploiting your loyal clients then I am afraid you will not be around very long.

I purchased a Raleigh( Good brand) bicycle for my son from Game Online . The Bicycle was delivered to us on 23 December , as it was a birthday Gift for my son we only assembled it on the 29th . My son got the bike the 30th and rode it down the street , just to return with both pedals in hand. It had broken on the seam where the mould is joined. We took the bike to Game Alberton after I reported the incident online and was told to take it back to any Game store. The staff refused to assist us stating that the item is not under warranty. I pointed out that this was a manufacturing defect and I was then told to go to an alternative store. I contacted your online call centre and was assisted by Mihali who stated that a technician will come to my house to replace the faulty items. Again two days later I get a call stating that we now have to take the bike to Game JHB Central. I am very sorry but I will not as this is not a safe area. So here we are with a bike my child can not ride and a lot of frustration later and yet no resolve to my problem. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. It's not that I am asking for a new bike, we simply wanted new pedals and I am not willing to pay extra as it is a manufacturing issue.
After months of poor service . I have finally paid my device off and received the certificate of ownership . Just for Rentoza to debit my account again. Two emails and no responce. I will now hand them over to the NCR.

Pathetic service. On 21 March 2018 we made a purchase of R980 at pep. The transaction was declined. We then went to the Fnb Branch. Filled in forms for investigation. We have been to the branch twice again since then and till today no one can explain why this money is not refunded to our account. We sat holding on for telephone banking for 60 minutes. Still no resolve.

Last month I did have some financial difficulties and therefore did not pay. I contacted 808 to confirm how much to pay and how to have my account unsuspended. I was then informed that I owe R2500 and that my account is in arrears by 3 months. How is this possible if I received confirmation of payment from Mtn every month. Now that I want to sort this out the number I was given ********** 096 is either engaged or just rings</p>
