Still have not received feedback on my refund regarding been doubled charged on my game store card in December. I have emailed those consultants to call me during my break as I am unable to answer my phone during working hours . They miserable failed to dodo or respond via email.

Game stores. We bought a TV, we were not offered Transportation after asking for it, we were told the store doesn’t offer transportation and installation. After transporting the TV ourselves we got home, the TV was physically damaged. We reported the incident immediately to the staff member who sold us the TV who said nothing can be done because the TV was checked before leaving the store. We spoke to management at the Game store in Mafikeng a who also confirmed that they don’t offer delivery or installation. We escalated the matter, even Game staff confirm that we were not supposed to transport a 70” TV ourselves and the store was supposed to assist us with the transportation. The matter has been escalated, we get calls every week of different people wanting to here the story over and over again but our case hasn’t been resolved even after 5 months.

I am waiting over a month now for my funds to be refunded back to me from Game and have been extremely patient with the lack of support and staff. I have provided all the documents, transaction emails, pdf's and banking details to numerous members and this process started early on the 24th February. Yet I'm still waiting. I have never received such terrible support from any company and am never one to complain but this is ridiculous!!!

I am writing to express my frustration after received extremely poor service from Game store in bethlehem and their head office customer service On 29 January 2026 I bought smart tv from game how ever I on plugs I on 01 February 2026 only to find out the picture are not clear then I report the matter to sales person who was helping me then he advise me " to change some settings " then I did so but nothing change. I go back to store again then I found other sales person work in the same department the he promised me that they will send someone to come and have a look on my item then this takes weeks without feedback. Then on 24 February 2026 I have decided to call their head office customer service then give them details... On 26 received a call from one of courier transport to come to take item then after item it been pick up received a call from head office then I told them that the Item it's been picked up, the told me they are going to do follow up on that as they didn't send someone okay fine On 04 march 2026 morning received a call from head office asking about the item its been replace or repaired i told them i have not yet received item On the sameday 04 march 2026 I received item back being repaired but now again Item it's keep on jamming. Report the matter to head office Until to this date no feedback from them I feel that I have been ****med my R7000 to buy item that it's not working as i have send several emails but no response and call they keep on saying they are going to get back to me but nothing

I am disappointed with the service I have received from Game. I placed an order and requested for it to be cancelled on 8 March 2026. It has now been 10 days, and my order has STILL not been cancelled, and no refund has been processed. What makes this worse is that I used Mobicred to make the purchase. Because of Game’s delay, I am now at risk of being charged for an item I never received and already cancelled. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. There has been absolutely no communication from Game no updates, no confirmation, nothing. I am left in the dark while my money is at risk. This situation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

It has now been 10 days, and my order has STILL not been cancelled, and no refund has been processed. What makes this worse is that I used Mobicred to make the purchase. They advertise products for sale that they dont have in store, just to get you in the store, this is false advertising, I saw an elleptical for sale for R1999, went to the store, not there, no game in South Africa has it, this was on 10 March, supposed to be on special until 29 March
