Bought a kettle under the Bennett Read collection at Game, kettle was faulty took it back the store refused to replace it and said it will take it in for assessment, it's been 9 days in this winter cold without a kettle and no communication whatsoever from Game or Tevo. If a small appliance like a kettle takes more than 9 days to repair what about bigger appliance? This is bad customer service and had I know this I would not have bought this brand or gone to Game.
Had my car break down with my kids with me on the highway the signal was bad and couldn't reach anyone for help. Spinnekopp tow truck stopped and assisted us. The car was safely towed to a safe location. My kids and I were safely transported home. The service was exceptional, friendly and very much accommodating for me and the kids. I went to Clicks at Kolonnade to exchange a few items I bought in excess unaware. I received bad customer service from a Manager there name is Zinhle Dlamini. She blatantly refused to assist with the exchange even though I had an EFT receipt, club card and the items were still sealed and in good condition. She told me to go exchange where I bought the items. My question is had I bought in Limpopo and was now home in Gauteng, was I supposed to go back to Limpopo for the exchange? Clicks need to train their managers well, I usually buy my baby's essentials there but after this kind of service am definitely takmy miney elsewhere.
