Unhappy customer
Worst experience with their gateway branch my wife went in to buy a fridge upon arrival she noticed its small we need something bigger when we called in they refused to assist even though we still have the packaging and it arrived yesterday policy states 7-14 working days but the reps dont disclose all that stuff unhappy customer

Very poor
I did a withdrawal last Friday and waiting till this Friday with no payment. On the app it says processed. When will I receive payment. This is really bad compared to other platforms I'm hoping payment clears today and not next week .Upgrade livechat that thing doesn't work
