Horrible experience with their online shopping. Order was made over 10 days and to date no delivery. All I keep being told is that the order is being rebooked for delivery, and I am being told all this after I personally make follow ups, they don't contact me to inform me about delays. I have even requested to cancel the order and now they are telling me that the same store that has been failing to make delivery has to cancel my order, in order for me to get my refund. The same store that has been failing to book a delivery??
I have not been actively using my FNB account for some time now so I decided to try and downgrade it to lessen my bank charges at I am not using the account to its highest advantage, with that in mind I have visited the branch closest to me at least twice and they always tell me the same thing: " the branch doesn't handle downgrade to easy but a request has been sent out and your downgrade should be complete in the next 48 hours latest" and still to this day I am still awaiting a downgrade. This is really frustrating.
