Overcharge and Greedy
It is ridiculous to pay consultation fees to doctors and dentist?? They charge so much and still have a nerve to charge a consultation fee! For what???eryone? We the people have to stand up against these injustices

Outsurance does keep their word
Good day I herewith write about my husband's Mercedes which was insured by Outsurance and than my son drove off with the car. Outsurance than sent someone representing them to intimidate me by saying they will not pay anything towards the car. I want Outsurance to contact me in this regard otherwise I will escalate this matter further. The way Outsurance is advertising themselves is not truthful to the public

Kim is a ****** and I would not recommend anyone to go and play bridge at that club, she listens to rumors and gossip and does not even verify facts!!!

Management condoning rudeness from their staff
I received feedback from Andrew Richard and my response herewith: You did not watch footage of Steven who says he is the security manager (very overweight and untidy looking) who was quite rude!! and arrogant and does not have any manners talking to customers and you and management say he acted according to your rules and procedures??? So this is how customers who use their money to come and spend it at Gold Reef are treated by just banning them for no valid reason?? Instead of a talk or a reprimand one just gets banned and than be escorted out like a ********??? And you and your management condone such behaviour by writing me an email saying that his behavior was okay???? Really the real ********s are those ******* officials who are acting and behaving as they have high morals and standards!!! Like you and Tsogo sun management team. So any man can be rude and use foul language to a woman is acceptable to you and your top management team??? What is the world coming to and you still have the nerve to write and condone his actions. Shame on you and Tsogo sun management team. You think I will ever go back to gold reef casino and I will never recommend anyone to go and waste their hard earned money at your casino or go to any Tsogo sun resort

Uber just takes your money if they have your banking details
I would not recommend anyone to share their bank card details with Uber!! Uber will use any excuse to charge the customer once their bank details are listed with them. Customers beware of this, they will always debit your card saying cancelation fees and other fees just to make money. Do Not give Banking details to Uber they cheat their customers

I would recommend to all clients not to pay by any card payments to Uber, they are cheats and always take money from your card without your consent or knowledge. Really bad I used to pay by card but learnt the hard way!!! No wonder Uber has got such a bad name. My ride was not canceled and I even gave the driver a tip!!! Shame on Uber company and will not use u again

Very bad service
I had a terrible experience with Steven who says he is the manager there!! He did not want to give me the name of the CEO of GRC. He had a terrible attitude towards the patrons who come and spend their money there!! Another patron was extremely rude to me and used the F word while speaking to me so I slapped him!!!for this I was banned from the Casino? It does not matter to me as I do not live here and was visiting Jhb. If this is how the people in charge treat us?? Who wants to visit and spend their money there certainly not me. Steven is rude and does not know how to speak or treat the patrons. I will not recommend people to go there. There are other Casinos in Jhb

Uber rides
Uber rides r *******s they advertise a low rate when one wants a ride, than the price goes up quite a lot when one wants to book the ride, that is ********* and that is why Uber is not recommended. The drivers are nice, but Uber does is really not fair or good
