RATING IS 000000!!! I bought a wig on the 11th of March 2026, it was supposed to come in a space of 3-5 days, Today is the 18th of March 2026, despite all efforts to get help, i still haven't received my order. the only comms i received from Amazon was confirmation of the successful order payment. since then, i have not received anything. all emails and automated comms platforms on their website are not working, they literally send an error message immediately. I contacted the supplier directly, which is Boity`s Hair. I sent them POP. I managed to get a response from Tumi via WhatsApp line who was willing to assist me by contacting Amazon SA to check the status of the order, she confirmed that on her side, there's no money that came through nor an order from Amazon SA. she later came back to me saying i must deal with Amazon directly because if she continues dealing with me they will take her products down on their site. ( so i guess she was threatened) . i dont want this hair anymore, i just want my money back!

How on earth am I supposed to wait three months for a single table? Customer service has been completely useless—every support option is unavailable. There’s no tracking information, no way to log an inquiry, and no communication at all. The only option I’ve found is to file a complaint on HelloPeter

I was happy with Amazon South Africa until they gave my parcel to DPD laser courier. Waiting for my order since the 9th of March. Not sure why they changed Courier guy. Terrible service from DPD laser I am still waiting for my parcel. It was delivered at an incorrect address.

If Amazon want to compete with Takealot they have a long way to go. The courier DPD Laser is absolutely useless giving Amazon a bad name. Waiting for a delivery from Friday and I'm told the delivery is on hold. Why is anyone's guess.

If I could say zero stars I would. Placed an order with next day delivery and nothing arrived, no communication as to why. Took 7 pages of customer service options just to get call ce tre to phone me to be told my order hasn't left the warehouse and will only come next week. Where is the communication to let customers know you have failed on your next day delivery promise? Where is the revised delivery date on the app? Your customer service can't do anything to help other than say sorry, I needed my order this weekend which is why I chose your store. Probably thw worst online store support and service I have ever dealt with. Cant even find a contact number or email online or on the website.
