I took my vehicle to this dealership last week, 5th February 2026. I was again impressed with their service, which I always received. This time I wish to thank Mr Ryan Mothilal for his assistance which I found to be professional and effective. He kept in contact with me whilst my vehicle was there. Thank you Ryan. I also wish to thank Ms. Jennifer, at the front desk who made sure I had transport home and arranged to have me picked up the following day. Her hospitality and mannerism was outstanding. Thank you Jennifer. Lastly my vehicle service and repairs were all done to my satisfaction. Thank you Mercedes.
My wife and have been dealing with Pentravel since 2023. Our travel consultant, Mohita has been assisting us. She is excellent, very knowledgeable in travel, helpful always and cares about her customers. Thank you Mohita for always making our travel enjoyable 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏👏
Two months ago I purchased mens' clothing from this store, situated in the Junction Mall, Ballito. I then returned one item and took another one and there was a difference due to me of R130. I tendered my bank card and the refund was processed. After approximately two weeks there was no refund credited to my bank account. I went back to the store to enquire when I was told the refund will reflect in my account after a month. No refund came through. I then queried again. I was asked to provide them with a copy of my bank statement, which I have done beginning of July. You date I had no response. Numerous emails fell on deaf years. This is *******, dishonest behavior and unacceptable from Polo. I am a pensioner and do not deserve this, especially from a large and well known retailer. I am sure there are others who were also been ****med by Polo.
I am a long standing client of Momentum. I took the time to lodge a poorer service complaint on their website. To date management has not responded to my complaint. In my opinion Momentum is very selective which complaints they take up. Unfortunately I am not in the majority but they do collect my premium monthly. Their client service to "certain" clients are disgusting. The consultant has not respect to his clients. Your query will only be answered when he feels fit to call you. You are at the consultants mercy. Yet your premium is in line with all the others. Momentum has not reformed to serve all South Africans yet our premium has one value.
Wish to caution public about the Safari Roasted peanuts sold by Pioneer Foods. I found foreign particles in it, looked like rotten stuff in the packet amongst the peanuts. I complained immediately, month ago, sent them pics, nothing happened. They contacted me only once nothing was done about my complaint. Children eat these products, can one imagine. Scary. Do have pics.
