I took my vehicle to this dealership last week, 5th February 2026. I was again impressed with their service, which I always received. This time I wish to thank Mr Ryan Mothilal for his assistance which I found to be professional and effective. He kept in contact with me whilst my vehicle was there. Thank you Ryan. I also wish to thank Ms. Jennifer, at the front desk who made sure I had transport home and arranged to have me picked up the following day. Her hospitality and mannerism was outstanding. Thank you Jennifer. Lastly my vehicle service and repairs were all done to my satisfaction. Thank you Mercedes.

Parts department terrible service that branch service is like a back yard machanic or somewhere under the tree I'm so frustrated with their service getting them on the phone is a hustle getting a part is another 3 weeks waiting I can see I'm gonna wait 3 yrs to get my car fixed

I regret buying and servicing my car at Mercedes Benz Umhlanga Their service is worse them bush mechanic . My car has been with them for at least 21 days still counting . It was a return job . There is also no update . That dealership is worse .

Rating: 0 Stars Unfortunately, my experience with this service provider was deeply disappointing. I encountered poor service, unprofessional conduct, and what I can only describe as a lack of competence — all at an extremely high cost. I was charged R6,000 to replace a thermostat, and an eye-watering R110,000 to replace a catalytic converter that actually costs around R42,000. That suggests a labour charge of R68,000 — highly excessive, especially considering there was ultimately nothing wrong with the catalytic converter in the first place. The vehicle was with them for three weeks before I received any form of diagnosis or a stable quote — which kept changing with each enquiry. Throughout this process, communication was virtually non-existent. I received no updates unless I followed up myself. Frankly, I’m left questioning the integrity of their practices. The prolonged delays and lack of transparency raise serious concerns about what happens to your vehicle while it’s in their possession. This was by far the worst service experience I have ever had, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

I would like to lay a complaint about Mercedes Benz Umhlanga. Their service is absolutely shocking. We ordered a part from them which wad to arrive yesterday. Unsurprisingly we have had no word from them regarding the part. I tried calling them, to speak to the Parts Manager. Only to be left waiting for ages on the line, and them to have the call cut. They claim 'priding themselves on excellent customer service' This is a bad joke.

I sent my car in for a service today. Got uo early to make sure i was there by 7.30am. I dont think they serviced car in arder they came in fairly. My car was one of the last ones and was given to me without being cleaned and washed. Service level have dropped at this dealership

Shocking customer service. Its like only one person works at the parts section. I have dealt with big car companies and I must say terrible service. Very slow. Then they say "Oh that person will call" and they don't. If you see reviews are bad why doesn't the directors sort this out. Oh and I waited on the phone for 10mins for someone to tell me they will call me back.. Sad :(
