Horrible and pathetic service

Worst mistake was buying a Mercedes Benz from Mercedes Benz Umhlanga, car has been to Mercedes Benz 3 times for gearbox issues. When I contacted Mercedes they said that there should be parts replaced and that it will be at my cost as the car is off service plan currently and when the car was on service plan the car gearbox was replaced as well as the flywheel.
