I booked a designated time ride to Wynberg on Tuesday morning, 8-ish, to be collected at 09:30 and to reach my destination by 09:50 for a .medical appointment. I picked up my driver's info and possibly at 09:20. Between 09:20 and 09:40 I messaged 3 times, called his number once (doesn't exist) and could see him on the map. At 09:45 i tried to cancel the trip but no it costs R60 to cancel. I have tried to contact them but you deal with robots (can't be AI, no intelligence there, just multiple choice answers)

First time experience requesting mobile Uber for a delivery to a printer repair company - set up app on cellphone - requested destination delivery address - received notification the driver was 1 minute away - collected dusted and delivered in 23 minutes. What a service!!!!! Well done Uber - great to see something in S.A. working so smoothly. Definitely in my forward planning for the business.

First time experience requesting mobile Uber for a delivery to a printer repair company - set up app on cellphone - requested destination delivery address - received notification the driver was 1 minute away - collected dusted and delivered in 23 minutes. What a service!!!!! Well done Uber - great to see something in S.A. working so smoothly. Definitely in my forward planning for the business.

Uber is very very very bad whenever you requested a ride on a cash payment trip and the driver doesn't have change, guess what I tell you now that you won't get it back. When you pay a complain on customer support they tell you stories then cut communication so you can't reply back. That's what I experienced I'm so ****ed at their line of service and you can't call them directly.

I was taking my son to school, when the Uber driver, Simanga Mbuyise, came out of a driveway. We were on Milner Ave, driving in the direction of Northcliff Corner. The Uber driver wanted to turn left, opposite direction of the flowing traffic. He collided with me, in the right hand lane. He wasn't very helpful with any information. Starting to pick up the parts from the scene and changing information on his Uber app. Metro and ER24 were on scene - as I called them. My son got whiplashed, as he was on the passenger side back seat - buckled up. I confirmed with MiWay, his ID checks out, but he isn't insured with them. I tried to get hold of Uber numerous times, but there is no contact information. I even tried to report the accident on the App, but because I wasn't in the Uber, there were no "rides" and can't report anything.

This is not the first time this has happened to me - I booked an Uber for a trip less than 2 kilometers - the cost was R35 - when the driver dropped me it went to R55 - we took the shortest route to get there ...Try to get an Uber number to call - does not exist ..******! never Uber again

I hate uber they ***** monies and don't refund and claim to have voided my money but when I calculate and check my balance I discover that the balance doesn't reflect till today.This wasn't the first time,Uber eats and Uber are a ****.
