Uber Style Service

First time experience requesting mobile Uber for a delivery to a printer repair company - set up app on cellphone - requested destination delivery address - received notification the driver was 1 minute away - collected dusted and delivered in 23 minutes. What a service!!!!! Well done Uber - great to see something in S.A. working so smoothly. Definitely in my forward planning for the business.

Hertz Rent a Car

Car Rentals 1 can trust.

I had a great experience with Hertz Car Rental when hiring a car in December 2025 in Port Elizabeth. The late evening flight arrived at 9 and the queue was slow at that time, but the vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, the representative was unable to hand the car over before he did an inspection and asked due to the pressure of other clients I should photograph the vehicle in the morning. The photos were done on the Sunday morning at around 7 a.m. and sent to the representative phone number on WhatsApp. There were distinctive well rusted dents on the driver's side and a missing support string for the back boot panel on the left side. A comprehensive message indicating all the dents and issues accompanied the WhatsApp message. However, on return 2 weeks later they disputed other issues e.g. Head Lights alignment and a few other issues that were not valid as well as major scratch on the front left fender board. They disputed it was done that evening we drove to our holiday house in Jefferey's Bay which was not true! We politely addressed our concerns to the company representative in question who indicated that they would investigate. Gertrude Nyovu was our contact and she finally came back on 11 March 2026 to state that the R5750.00 deposit we paid up front would be returned. What a wonderful turnup it was. Hi Performance Car Repairs Ex[erts.

Looking for a reliable and honest car repair centre I can certainly recommend WH Performance in Albertville.. The owner is a serious business No nonsense gentleman stating the honest facts of what may be wrong with the vehicle and getting the job done immediately. Guestimate price for repairs were amicable and trustworthy with honest advice. Having taken the Subaru 2,5 XT Forrester to a similar workshop in Randburg Strydom Park area where the "expert" did not even open the bonnet to inspect the damage guestimates of R21000.00 for the repair was bandied about as the Steering Box was not repairable in S.A. and it could only be imported from the UK????? Excellent atmosphere - polite staff and pristine offices. Really a pleasure to do business with them.

Incredible mind blowing Service. Brilliant!

As the rise in inflation bites it became necessary to find money for household items, I found a large number of unused EBUCKS. Not having the business card edition ordered one online and it was delivered withing 48 hours!!!! WoW!!!!! What a shock to the system for a South African Company to come to the party so quickly. 10 out 10 to FNB EBUCKS!!!! A great warm experience form such a large concern. Well done FNB!!!!

Poorest service in S.A. ever.

I have helped a couple to attempt to make a payment from their bank account into UPS Parcel payment gateway with no success for 2 hours. Not even able to talk to a human being??????? How on earth do they do business? 40 minutes on the phone and they cut you off. Payment gateway times out after 4 minutes and can not get hold of a human. They have no email address one can query about! RATED THEM AS -10000 stars for poor pathetic service.

Rain 5G/4G Service

To go 5Gor not 5G??? That was the real decision to make after a disastrous 4G Rain installation over the last 2 months. When ISP's promote a wireless service it is always a good idea to do a "site survey" with the correct objective of understanding all the technical jargon and knowing that 100% deliverables are not ever attained in an real world. Location of towers physical antenna placement and most of all is there a "line of site" path to the nearest tower? Having purchased a 4G antenna on an LTE/4G Router and finding out that "directional" does not always work in wireless. Being in the game for 20 years this year experience sometimes softens the frustration of poor performance due to less understood principals of wireless propagation. However after dealing with a technician with similar hair pulling experiences it was fascinating to talk at communication levels of mental agreement that all that glitters is not always gold and the proof is in the physical pudding not the metaphorical type. Thanks Rain for a great support service you offer trying to resolve your clients needs. Keep up the great work! For any wireless local or commercial let us have a look.
