This is not the first time this has happened to me - I booked an Uber for a trip less than 2 kilometers - the cost was R35 - when the driver dropped me it went to R55 - we took the shortest route to get there ...Try to get an Uber number to call - does not exist ..******! never Uber again
It is now 6 weeks since my gate motor broke. This is my second post w.r.t Useless ABSA Insurance. Now they sent the 2nd service provider (Digicall - just so useless) - they took away the one gate arm and as I am writing this review - they are reinstalling the broken arm? So I am exactly where I was 6 weeks ago! I wonder if my skin was another tone - would I get this P**S Poor service! Please if other clients of ABSA insurance can let me know of their experience. Ombudsman here I come!
PLEASE STAY AWAY from ABSA insurance - the worst insurance company ever - and if you have a bond with them - they force you to use them. My gate motors packed up a month ago !!!! - after phone calls and they never respond - still waiting for them to fix !!!
Must say I was skeptical dealing with Webuycars - but what a nice surprise! Got a good deal and they transferred the money into my account before hand over. Sale guys super efficient!
Very helpful - a Ms Ncumisa H helped me and I was done within a couple of minutes. Impressed with the service.
PLEASE ! do not buy anything major from this supplier - bought lithium batteries at R18K - in March 2023 - back and forth - then they tell me that I must wait on the supplier to pay them - they promised payment last week (end of June 2023) - still waiting. Buy from big reputable dealers - they ok for nuts and bolts!
This is now my third complaint via Helopeter - I subscribed to Telkom Mobile LTE Wi-Fi for my residence at R399 per month for 2 years. Since it was installed it never worked and I have attempted to contact someone at Telkom mobile for 5 months! I got 2 calls from them and then nothing - I have switched back to MWEB and reported them to the Consumer Protection Act council. They just do not respond - so I am paying for a service that does not work but worse - their email contacts are full (no surprise there!) and they do not pick up their phones! Anybody out there with the same problem ? I need help - my next step is to close by bank account and then let them come to me - THIS IS A SCAM PEOPLE - IF YOU GET A CALL FROM TELKOM MOBILE FOR LTE - DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRICK! - I need help!
I am probably one of hundreds - same story - was coerced into getting LTE - limited coverage in my area - I am now paying double - spoke to a Michelle about 10 times - no comeback - I am now thinking of closing my bank account to stop these thieves from deducting any monies until they help me - I have been calling so many times - no help - I have no coverage for their LTE sh*t...please HEEELP ME!! I am desperate!<br> Try calling every day - I am unable to use my WIF-FI!!!
I was contacted by an agent with Telkom Mobile offering me the 'super fast' LTE - I stupidly signed up for the 20GB LTE package but kept my MWeb uncapped package for 2 months. Once Mweb came to an end, my kids started using LTE. What a disaster - they ended up having to go to university to use the wifi as the response was pathetic. I have since the beginning of October tried to get someone to help me at Telkom mobile. I called 0861939351 - spoke to the same agent thrice but no response. I am giving up as I now find out that LTE in my area is 'limited'. I am now switching back to Mweb and wanting to cancel this useless contract. BE VERY AWARE OF LET BEING OFFERED BU TELKOM - ONCE SIGNE UP - NO HELP!!!!
I bought Benylin 4 Flu at the same Clicks about 2 weeks ago for R50.50. I went back there tonite (25 August 2015) and was charged R67.90! I enquired about the massive price hike and I pointed out a advertising board that stated the price at R50.50, The pharmacy manager (not very helpful or nice) then pointed out the small print at the bottom of this board that the R50.50 was a special price that ended 23 Aug 2015. I pointed out that the small print was obscured by boxes of toilet paper. The manager made no effort to remove the boxes and was quite taken aback that I enquired about the price. I expected to get the article at the lower price. If I wasn't so desperate for the tabs , I would have walked out - definitely put me off Clicks!<br> Clicks spends quite a lot of money on advertising - I think they should spend money on training their manager to be more helpful and a bit more pleasant!<br>
