sad service
The lady by the entrance,really gave us a cold shoulder, by the time my Husband was picking back his keys and cellular, he was told to be quick because ,she got other people to attend..her straight face, said it all before she can even help us..Saturday 16th 2026,arround 20:00 or so..serving people with such 'attitude really

Don’t go to Gold Reef City!
Gold Reef City is currently having issues with their staff, so when we booked for my son’s party only a few rides were available. That wasn’t good enough so we tried to cancel our booking and get our money back. It is impossible to get hold of them to get your money back. I would urge you not to book at Gold Reef City or Tsogo sun for that matter!

Don’t go to Gold Reef City!
Gold Reef City is currently having issues with their staff, so when we booked for my son’s party only a few rides were available. That wasn’t good enough so we tried to cancel our booking and get our money back. It is impossible to get hold of them to get your money back. I would urge you not to book at Gold Reef City or Tsogo sun for that matter!

Bad customer service
We had to wait for an hour and a half for our food at this Wimpy. Princess was our waitress. We got cold food while we were hungry and they sent 2 plates at our table while we had to wait for the rest.

KFC gold reef city the worst kcf in the south
The worst I have ever been want a good kfc just drive to southdale 2 min away they never have anything ready long waiting times how do you run out of chicken to wait 20 min if that's slthe case I would have went to nandos the past few time they make you wait up to 30 min just go to southdale much better service and no waiting time by the time you get to the windows you food is ready and the manager never answer the calls they have all the numbers posted but no answer tired of this place

Bad Gold reef City Theme park most nice rid not in working order...Dont waist money there again
Waist of Money....No proper maintenance....Stand in queue for hours then ride out of order we left and then ride is working suddenly... Waist of money stay away.... Had bad experience today most rides out of order .... museum closed...no way this is a waist...

Unfair Draws @ Gold Reef City Casino
We have been Gambling@ Gold reef city for the past 2 years and we have been noticing the Draw winners are always the same faces always. There is this Chinese lady always winning the Draws and we also heard on the floor customers complaing that these people have a good relationship with Gold Reef Staff and their tickets are always selected as on stage they even stand on a certain podiam and win more money and being entered to car draws the same night.
