We had to wait for an hour and a half for our food at this Wimpy. Princess was our waitress. We got cold food while we were hungry and they sent 2 plates at our table while we had to wait for the rest.
I have a bad experience with this medical aid. I’ve been asking them to debit on a certain date and that’s still not happening. I need to always be on standby for this debit order. Can I please get assisted

I’ve never seen such an unpleasant experience with Sanlam. When funds need to be paid they always find something missing and they drag their feet. They will make you feel worthless for your money. Why should we have these insurance institutes and still have to fight with them till we get what’s due to us. I don’t recommend this insurance company to anyone. Just stay away from them.
My husband passed away in March, I made the claim on the 2nd April. I’ve been asked to submit all documentation needed. I did that and till this day I haven’t gotten response. I call them and they keep telling me that they will escalate it. Till when should we wait?😭
I went to Telkom and reported my husband as deceased after funeral but only to find out that, they did not register it on the system. Now my number has been suspended and I was told to go to the branch where I reported this matter. Now I’m sorry here with a number that’s not working and I need to deal with his other service providers. It’s so painful to be taken from pillar to post.
I made a claim with Sanlam and I still haven’t received any response for my claim. That time we’re told that claims take 24 to 48 hours. It’s been a week already and no one called me. This is worse than ever because we don’t know where we stand with my kids.
