you guy have deliberately frustated me so much that i have decided that i don't want that R1100 claim. your service is ****ty ****ty to say the least you can keep that R1100 is that how you make your profitg

I am deeply disappointed in Discovery Flexicare. After numerous emails to cancel my emergency cover, nobody gets back to me. I was expecting my premium to get deducted the end of February as per the one month notice period. No debit order was deducted. I emailed more than once to find out what was happening. NOBODY GETS BACK TO ME. Today I finally get hold of a call centre agent (Jade) on the phone after waiting for long to speak to someone. Only to get told that double will be deducted the end of March. This is totally unprofessional as nobody had the decency to get back to me to tell me what the hell was going on. I do not have the money to afford a double deduction at the end of March as I budget for my debit orders. I will be cancelling the whole policy.

Discovery Flexicare Health Plan is a ****, they say they cover unlimited GP visits and medications and when I went to a doctor and got 2 prescriptions both was declined and I was told none if the medication is covered and when I queried it with discovery I was told that there's a list of medication that they cover and they emailed it after my query but their site for FLEXICARE PLANS clearly indicate unlimited GP visits and medications which is false advertising.

Flexicare cover promises refunds for specialist visits up to a certain amount, yet when you submit a claim the "system" declines it. It has been close to 2 months now of stories and resubmissions. We are tired and need our refund! Also if you don't call and follow up no one bothers to give an update.

I requested a quote for flexicare and was mislead with lies in taking the insurance, thy promised things that were not there and the agent was supposed to call me the following day and they never did, I got a debicheck request I never accepted but it somehow landed on my bank..I requested for the policy to be canceled because our agreement was that it starts April not March.. as I write my account was debited and I kindly ask that I gets refunded as I had canceled the health insurance in writing. I am having an issue with my membership. I called Flexicare, had to wait on hold for 10 minutes, only for Consultants to transfer me from department to department. After all that, they hang up on me.
