This Morning of the first Me and my partner Round 9:49am of the 1st of January 2025 Deposited 5910 rand Into my account The Capitec atm swallowed the money without even issuing a receipt and it just went saying out of service We immediately called the customer care line And been told that it would take 48 hrs for a response Then a investigation needs to be done This is the first that has happened to us I am stressed out due to the fact that was my children's money. And they couldn't give me a resolve The consultants name was Zandile She mention that this happens every day Capitec why don't you resolve this because I work very hard for my money and this has us stress and emotional We have been using Capitec for years And a client couldn't there be anything done urgently. Please assist
Extremely bad service i was forced to buy 500 door clips for my 308 cc Paid already never received my material . I called and they have not assisted or refunded me
I am extremely angry with the service provided. I took 100\100 package. With the idea of fully being provided with what is necessary i was forced to sign a contract and didnt sign or pay until they service me right .right now i am getting 20\30 very poor signal and the team and technician is extremely arrogant and made me pay for installation on equipment that i am not well aware of... I am vexed and angry They are liars And also giving me unnecessary charges for alot of things i have contacted them They are not of assistance
